An omnivorous forest corvid found largely down the Atlantic slope of Central America from Texas to Panama. They vary somwhat across their range with the white belly seen in this image here being a feature of Southern populations while further North they become much more brown. They have a vocal structure used to produce a hiccup like sound not found in any of their relatives.
